Founder and CEO
David A. Lee is founder and CEO of Mach 1 Financial. After serving nearly a decade in the U.S. Air Force as an F-16 Fighter Pilot, David entered the business world seeking a more stable lifestyle for his wife and young children.
Since 2005, David has worked diligently to help protect the retirement assets of hundreds of retirees in Northwest Arkansas, the River Valley, Northeast Oklahoma and Southwest Missouri. By focusing his practice on investment strategies that incorporate risk mitigation and laddered retirement income structures he skillfully piloted his clients through the 2008 financial crisis. He holds a Series 65 license (Fiduciary) as well as a life insurance license**, is a member of the American Financial Education Alliance (AFEA) and is a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC). David was featured in the December 2012 issue of Newsweek as “financial trendsetter” and was a contributor to “Victory: The World’s leading Experts Reveal Their Secrets for Winning in Health, Wealth, & Success in the New Economy,” a book featured on the “Amazon Best Seller’s” list.
David and his wife, Jennie, have two children, Faith and Connor. They reside in Springdale, Arkansas where he enjoys church and charitable related activities, spending time with family, flying, fly fishing, basketball, college football and traveling.
Matt Walters
Sr. VP & Financial Advisor
Matt is a graduate of Harding University where he studied Finance. Matt enjoys working with clients in various stages of life, helping people meet their goals regardless of what those might be. He holds his Series 65 license (Fiduciary) and is also insurance licensed.
Matt is married to his lovely wife, Haley, and they have three children, Bennett, Norah & Charlotte. They currently reside in Rogers, AR where they enjoy church, being outdoors, traveling and spending time with family.

Mike Frost

Mike Frost, MBA
VP & Financial Advisor
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Education from Middle Tennessee State University. He also earned an MBA from Oklahoma City University with a focus in Finance and graduated with honors. During the past 35 years, Mike has held numerous management positions with Fortune 100 food companies and most recently as Vice President of Retail Operations where he led a TEAM of over 600 associates.
Mike is a certified Financial Counselor, registered Investment Advisor Representative, licensed life insurance agent and a licensed Long-Term Care insurance agent. During the last 15 years Mike has facilitated Financial Peace University classes to hundreds of families in the Northwest Arkansas along with providing one on one financial counseling.
Mike and his wife Carole have lived in Bentonville for 18 years and raised their two children, Meredith and David. He is an active member of First Baptist Church Bentonville where he serves as Deacon and adult Sunday School teacher.
Mike has a passion for helping individuals with their personal finances and looks forward to meeting with you very soon!

Connie Blackmon
Natalie Wilson
Natalie lives in Bentonville with her husband, Joseph, and son, Thomas. She is saved by grace & a mom to a miracle. Natalie is an aspiring runner, a loose leaf tea addict and baseball is her favorite season.
Heather Conklin
They have two girls Emily and Kristen. Emily (BWHS Graduate) will be attending University of Central Arkansas studying Interior Design in the fall and Kristen (BHS Graduate) is attending Arkansas Tech University studying Elementary Education.
Ladybug is their sweet dog. Heather enjoys traveling, gardening, and reading. She and her family attend church and are very grounded in their faith.
Carole Frost
They have been blessed with two children. Their daughter, Meredith, son-in-law, Brian, and grandson, Hayes, live in Ozark, Missouri. Their son, David, and daughter-in-law, Megan, reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Carole enjoys gardening, sewing, church activities and Nana to Hayes. She and Mike attend First Baptist Church in Bentonville.
Tammy Lawler
They have two girls, Rebekah and Hannah. Rebekah has her Masters degree in Library Science. Hannah is taking a gap year, but desires to pursue a career in equine medicine.
Tammy has spent the last 21 years being a stay-at-home mom, and also homeschooled their girls. She enjoys traveling to new locations, spending time with her family, sewing quilts, and scrapbooking their family memories. She and her family attend First Baptist Church - Bentonville.
Susan Correll
Beth Brown
Beth lives in Bentonville with her husband, Max. Their son Matthew, daughter-in-law, Jennifer, and grandkids Tyler, Rylea, Caleb and Wyatt live in Rogers. Beth enjoys sewing, baking, and reading. She and Max enjoy outdoor activities and especially motorcycle riding and vacations on their Honda GoldWing. When they are not riding or enjoying their family time, Max and Beth are active in their church and serving the Lord at First Baptist Church here in Bentonville.
